FAQ

Shipping costs are based on dimensions, weight and distance travelled, which simply means that they vary depending on what is ordered and where it is going. Our shopping cart will automatically show you the shipping costs if you enter a postcode or postal code. We ship to Canada (all provinces and territories) as well as the United States and many other countries.

Our goal is to produce, pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, within our constraints. Usually, the process will be completed in less than 5 business days and the package tracking information will be shared with you.

Our shipping facilities are located in the Charlevoix region, near the gallery. There are no customs fees or cross-border duties to worry about if the painting is shipped to an address in Canada or the United States.

The paintings are shipped in a rigid cardboard protective box to avoid any damage. The paintings are not framed but mounted on their wooden supports. They are usually shipped with UPS or Canada Post. You can also pick up your order if you pass through our region. Please email us before you arrive, using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of our pages, so we can prepare your item for pickup.

Each painting is shipped with its certificate of authenticity signed by Kapelier. The title, technique, support and date of acquisition are indicated.
